How It Works.

Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation along with simple, easy-to-follow guidance on how to prepare. There’s nothing complicated involved—just a few suggestions to help you get the most from your time, such as choosing a quiet, comfortable environment and allowing yourself space to fully relax.

At the scheduled time, you can settle into a position that feels natural to you, whether that’s lying down or sitting comfortably. It’s best to be in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, allowing your body and mind to unwind. The healing is carried out remotely, so there’s no need for video or active participation—simply being open, relaxed, and receptive is enough.

You’re welcome to include a recent photo of yourself when booking your session. While it isn’t required, a photo can help me focus more clearly on your energy and strengthen the connection during the healing work. A simple, clear image where your face is visible is perfect.

During the session, I work intuitively with your energy field, focusing on areas that may feel blocked, heavy, or out of balance. The process is gentle and non-invasive, supporting your system in releasing tension and restoring a more natural flow. Each session unfolds differently depending on what your energy needs in that moment.
